Waterville Valley Academy is located in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest. WVA is a five-month snowsport and academic program for 6th-12th graders who are pursuing the highest level of performance in alpine racing, freestyle skiing and competitive snowboarding, while still achieving academic excellence. Waterville Valley Ski Area, which is just around the corner from campus, acts as its home training ground.

Waterville Valley Academy has an outstanding college acceptance record in recent history, including Dartmouth College, Boston College, Brown University, Colby College, Bowdoin College, Colorado College, Evergreen State College, Middlebury College, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pennsylvania State University, Plymouth State University, Roger Williams, St. Lawrence University, Union College, University of New Hampshire, University of Colorado, University of Utah, University of Vermont and Williams College.
